Steer with ← and → (or A and D), and press ↓ to point straight downhill. On a phone, hold your finger to the left or right of the skier to turn that way.

The straighter downhill you point, the faster you go. Trees and rocks knock you over. Jumps, flags and spicy margs are bonus points, and a marg gives you a burst of speed. Once you're well down the hill, scope creep comes after you. It only gets bigger.
